Acceptance

By accessing Apexa Documents you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

The service

Apexa Documents provides cloud document management features including upload, classification, sharing, reminders and related administration tools. Features marked “roadmap” on the marketing site are not yet guaranteed as live.

Accounts

You must keep credentials confidential and ensure users in your tenant have lawful authority to access the records you store. You are responsible for content uploaded to your tenant.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform (illegal content, attempts to breach security, abuse of other tenants, or reverse engineering beyond what the law allows).

Fees

Paid plans are invoiced as agreed in your order or subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension after notice.

Availability & liability

We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted uptime. To the extent permitted by law, Tronix’s liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate according to the commercial agreement. On termination, export and deletion of tenant data follow that agreement.
