- Documents and metadata your organisation uploads into its tenant.
- Technical logs needed for security, support and product improvement (IP, browser, timestamps).
- Demo request details submitted on this website.
How we use data
- To provide and secure the Apexa Documents service.
- To communicate about your account, demos and support.
- To meet legal and audit obligations where required.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure and email providers who process it only to run the service, and when required by law.
Retention
Tenant documents are retained according to your organisation’s settings and agreement. Marketing leads are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your rights
